Breathwork is a breathing technique/modality that is not new at all. People have been practicing breathwork for thousands of years. As the name suggests, breathwork is based on the breath and WORK. We will utilize your breath in a specific pattern for a period of time. This is usually done after a short mediation while you are listening to a playlist which aligns with what you would like to work on. Your body knows what to do. This is a wonderful way to release toxins, release trauma, and reduce stress.
Everyone is able to meditate. Many people struggle to meditate sitting in the traditional meditation position with their back straight sitting cross-legged and their hands in their lap. We will find the method that works well for you, even if you are someone who has tried it and thought you weren't cut out for it. There are not only many types of meditation, but also a lot of positions to use to make you feel your most comfortable.
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. The word Reiki is made of two different Japanese words - Rei meaning God's wisdome or the higher power and Ki meaning ife force energy. Combining these means spritually guided life force energy.
Sound Therapy is a powerful therapy that combines different healing sounds, music, voice, and instruments to improve your well-being. Sound therapy or sound healing is a practice harnessing the power of sound vibrations to promote healing and relaxation. The sounds are not necessarily melodic like music you hear on the radio.
Boosts mood, deepens relaxation, decreases depression, decreases anxiety, improves alertness, improves focus, improves memory, promotes creativity, promotes quality sleep, soothes grief and trauma, reduces symptoms of ashtma, increases self-confidence, reduces stress, a younger brain, curbing addiction, controlling food cravings, reduces the age of your brain, decreases blood pressure, and reduces pain, pain sensitivity, and inflamation.
