Hello, I am elated you arrived here!

A New Dawn Arising creates a bridge to connect who you are now to who you want to become (aka your authentic self).

You are not alone.

You will be met where you are at in a safe space to release what is holding you back.

You will no longer survive, you will thrive through modalities that work best for you.

Each of us are human and have different lived experiences, so a one size fits all approach usually does not work.

Your healing journey is unique for you and will be supported.

About Breathwork

Breathwork is a breathing technique/modality that is not new at all. People have been practicing breathwork for thousands of years. As the name suggests, breathwork is based on the breath and WORK. We will utilize your breath in a specific pattern for a period of time. This is usually done after a short mediation while you are listening to a playlist which aligns with what you would like to work on. Your body knows what to do. This is a wonderful way to release toxins, release trauma, and reduce stress.

About Meditation

Everyone is able to meditate. Many people struggle to meditate sitting in the traditional meditation position with their back straight sitting cross-legged and their hands in their lap. We will find the method that works well for you, even if you are someone who has tried it and thought you weren't cut out for it. There are not only many types of meditation, but also a lot of positions to use to make you feel your most comfortable.

About Reiki

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. The word Reiki is made of two different Japanese words - Rei meaning God's wisdome or the higher power and Ki meaning ife force energy. Combining these means spritually guided life force energy.
