Join us in the accoustically amazing and safe space at the Infinite Light Center, Yoga & Sound Sanctuary, for a beautiful melding of sound, active breathwork (not your typical pranayama, Reiki, somatic release and poetry. You will unravel your old patterns and programming, expectations placed on you by society and loved ones, and bring in yourself, authentically.
Across multiple cultures, the end of October/beginning of November is a time to honor our ancestors and those who came before us. Dia de los Muertos and Samhain traditions recognize this as a sacred time for rememberance, gratitude and connection. We will be connecting with cacao, going through a shamanic journey with sound healing and gathering in community as we honor the lineage of those who have shaped our lives. A portion of the proceeds will go to indigenous organization charities. This will be a sacrd collaboration with my friend Mary Ledvina.
On September 12th, 2025 I was a panelist in Jackson, Michigan for Menopause: It's a Movement. This movement began with Governer Whitmer and the Michigan Women's Commission to lead change on mid-life women's health and launched several conversations on these topics on March 12th, 2025 with Halle Berry and Dr. Pauline Maki.
