CoachingDawn started her journey of self-rediscovery nearly a decade ago when she was burnt out, overwhelmed, and numb to life and is now using her gifts to create a ripple effect of love, joy, and inner peace. She has a unique talent for meeting people where they are and supporting them on their path to the greatness of their authentic selves. She combines her learned modalities (Breathwork, Meditation, Sound Therapy, Reiki to name a few) to create a safe, supportive environment while also pushing you outside your comfort zone, for you to realize the potential you already have within yourself. She creates a bridge to connect who you are now to who you want to become by using her intuition, empathy, and tools she acquired during her journey. She is your biggest cheerleader, support system, and calls out your bullsh*t when necessary. |
BreathworkBreathwork is a breathing technique/modality that is not new at all. People have been practicing breathwork for thousands of years. As the name suggests, breathwork is based on the breath and WORK. We will utilize your breath in a specific pattern for a period of time. This is usually done after a short mediation while you are listening to a playlist which aligns with what you would like to work on. Your body always knows what to do. This is a wonderful way to release toxins, release trauma, and reduce stress.

Sound TherapySound Therapy is a powerful therapy that combines different healing sounds, music, voice, and instruments to improve your well-being. Sound therapy or sound healing is a practice harnessing the power of sound vibrations to promote healing and relaxation. The sounds are not necessarily melodic like music you hear on the radio. |
MeditationEveryone is able to meditate. Many people struggle to meditate sitting in the traditional meditation position with their back straight sitting cross-legged and their hands in their lap. We will find the method that works well for you, even if you are someone who has tried it and thought you weren't cut out for it. There are not only many types of meditation, but also a lot of positions to use to make you feel your most comfortable. |
ReikiReiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that promotes healing. The word Reiki is made of two different Japanese words - Rei meaning God's wisdom or the higher power and Ki meaning ife force energy. Combining these means spritually guided life force energy. |
